It’s important to relay what you’ve been up to, where your head’s at. This way, other people get the idea that you’re existing in the now, like they are, even if they can’t see you in their physical reality.

I’ve been reading this awesome newsletter by my friend Jesse Dwyer.
I’ve been talking with Andrew a lot about creativity and collaboration. He really likes Rick Rubin’s book, “The Creative Act.”
I listened to an awesome interview with Mike Posner on the My First Million podcast. “I’m in the yoga class head band now. People say I’m off brand, how.”
I’ve been making paintings with printer ink about femininity.
I’ve started making fires and jogging to the wood pile.
I’ve been losing at chess to my kid. Like, it’s been a blood bath.
And of course I’ve been stretching. You gotta stretch!
